General Manager at The Butt & Oyster in Pin Mill
Dale has been part of the Deben Inns family for 15 years, starting his journey as a Glass collector. It didn’t take long for him to discover his passion for hospitality, quickly progressing into a General Manager role.
As General Manager, Dale plays a huge part in the day-to-day running of the pub, while also supporting our kitchen team and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Most recently, Dale has been back in the classroom, successfully completing both his Level 2 and Level 3 WSET courses, achieving a Merit in Level 3 a fantastic accomplishment!
Dale now brings his extensive wine knowledge, alongside years of Deben Inns experience, to curating our wine lists and selecting our seasonal wine specials.
