The Plough & Sail has a bright, airy and slightly avant garde feel to it, featuring several distinct areas with unique characteristics from the traditional to the modern.

The heart of the venue is the spacious
and un-cluttered bar-hall with light wooden beams exposing an open ceiling.

This theme extends through to the large and uncluttered main dining room with motifs illustrating the history of the Maltings.

This room opens to a wonderfully kept outdoor patio area, ideal for that al-fresco dining exprience.

Two separate lounge areas offer the rustic and tradional with wooden tables and chairs, teracotta tiled floors and a wood burning stove.
The second is a unique and modern area for relaxation featuring soft furnishings and coffee tables, a fine place to discuss the latest concert.

Upstairs you will find a further more secluded and cosy restaurant area which is ideal for parties and receptions. This coupled with fine food & drink offers a great alternative pub experience.
